Had a great time here! the rooms are really clean and spacious. the staff went above and beyond, even helping us out with parking 😊.

the hotel is on the khobar kornish , which has so many different restaurants, coffee shops and tammi supermarket. its location is amazing the room we took is a two bedroom apartment, i loved the fact that the apt has two floors(upper is the bed rooms and the lower has the sitting area and kitchenette). The price was also a catch.

the bed mattress, was a little uncomfortable, but staying for only a weekend didnt cause that much of a disturbance

Large and absolutely gorgeous room in deferent floors, outstandingly accommodating staff. Lots of supplies in the room: television with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe. Great service overall and parking nearby...

We had a wonderful stay at Hawthorn Suites. Our Junior Suite was clean and tastefully decorated, with a separate bedroom and a dining table. The bathroom was spacious with large showers and high-quality towels. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions. We were also impressed with the delicious breakfast and the friendly waitstaff. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

we stayed up to 4:30 PM untill we got the room and checked in ,we should get the room at 2:00PM as stated in there policy .

The staff were helpful and friendly. the location was unbeatable, close to the market. - It was really close to outlets, nature, food, style of services, the seafront. - the room was a nice size and huge with a pleasant view of the sea. - I greatly enjoyed the Victorian decor of the room.

The hotel location was good, almost everything I needed was near by. The price was excellent. There was plenty of rooms in the suite ( you don't need to reserve several suites or rooms for your family) 5 people can be in one suite. It was roomy and comfortable.

The carpet was dusty and dirty. The restaurant in the hotel closes early ( 12 am ). The outlet voltage was 110 in the whole suite except for the kitchen. There is no outlet plug available if you needed more than 1

I think the hotel is getting old and needs an immediate make over, having said this, I think the hotel staff and the location will offset any negative thoughts about this hotel.

Had a great stay for a business trip. the staff were consistently courteous. - the location was close to the market. - I really enjoyed the room on different floors. - the bed was very comfy. - the room had a television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe. - Smoke detectors were provided for safety measures.

Food quality was not good as it was charged.

Great experience there. Particularly good breakfast and a great selection of goodies. Marvellous and incredible location, just a walk down to everywhere. Early check-in, parking nearby.

This place offers tidy rooms with an exceptional sea view, along with consistently courteous staff and a wide variety of hot/cold dishes for breakfast.

The only and only positive point that I can say is the location.

In respect to the negative side I wonder how the previous guests rank the hotel more than 5 out of 10, I have many negative issues: • The hotel is very old and does not deserve even 50% of the charge posted. • The carper is very old and has very bad smell. • Some paints wear out. • There is not heat source to at least prepare a cup of coffee. • There is no water gun in the toilets. • 15% service charge was taken from me even it was prohibited by Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) as posted in SCTA web site.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Has all the facilities of a 5-star hotel. Location is Excellent, shopping malls, restaurants, shops, just walking distance away.

A classic architecture. Too old everything. The building, the decor and the furniture.
